 Timothy M. Ayres, LLC is one of Johnstown's leading and most respected law
firms, with roots in the legal community dating to the 1800's. The Ayres'
forefathers have been community leaders for over a century, including the City
of Johnstown's first mayor, W. Horace Rose, and John M. Rose, 6-term U.S.
Congressman. The firm’s history included John M. R. Ayres, his son, Timothy
Marshall Ayres, and Linda Rovder Fleming, who joined the firm in 1992 and now
serves as a Judge in Cambria County Court of Common Pleas.
Having offices at 218 College Park Plaza, the firm offers clients a full range
